As a small, owner-led team, we take pride in offering a personal, collaborative experience—working closely with contractors, builders, homeowners, artists, and designers to turn ideas into real, functional results.

Dwayne brings years of welding and fabrication experience to the shop floor, specializing in precision TIG work and custom builds. As CFO, he also oversees Vivid Alchemy’s financial operations, helping guide the business’s growth and stability with a practical, grounded approach.

Neisa Chessher

ceo & Operations Lead

Neisa leads daily operations, customer relations, and project management for Vivid Alchemy. She keeps the workflow running smoothly while staying hands-on with creative development and artisan production planning.
